Hello! @kechild Thanks for posting your concerns. Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the website. I would recommend you link your accounts to your userID. Please follow these steps to be able to use just one login.

 

 

If you already have an AT&T Access ID, it's easy to link your account to it. For detailed steps:

  1. Select myAT&T at the top of the page. Log in, if requested.
  2. At the top of the page under Profile, select Link My AT&T Account. If you don't see this menu option, you'll need to log into your other AT&T account and then request to link to your wireless account.
  3. From the Account Type list, select the account you want to connect to your AT&T Access ID.
  4. Enter the required account information.
  5. Select Next and follow the instructions.

If you need help linking your accounts, call us at 800.331.0500 or 611 from your AT&T wireless phone.
