Usage details for last billing period missing

Hi - I logged in to look for my individual usage details since I need to keep track of phone numbers called, and despite choosing the drop down for the Feb 8 - Mar 7 period, all the calls that show up are for post Mar 7. So I called ATT customer service yesterday and wasted my time completely - all I needed was an answer to whether there was a systemwide issue: why are the March 8 - April 7 calls posting under the Feb 8-Mar 7 period, and where on earth is the call listing for the Feb 8-Mar 7 period? And if it's missing, should I have to pay for it???!!! Anyway, the point of this post is to see if anyone else has this issue with viewing usage. And any ideas how to resolve it?
