When I go to my GoPhone to refill my account there's always a error report that says "We are not able to process your credit/debit or eCheck information. Please contact a Representative by dialing 1-800-901-9878 for assistance". I don't know what to do about it. My account balance is 55$ and I could pay with that but I really don't know what to do. I really need to have it by tomorrow.
