Seems bottom line is no chance when in uk if you forget/lose your password!
Funnily happen to be in Mexico so thought do it from here and yes can be done no prob. However plan I have so I can phone and text uk only works from usa - outcome after at agent spent hour or so trying to sort out for me. If your in Mexico works for usa and Canada but nowhere else!
