Current third party retail employee with ANR access, wondering who I can contact at ANR to have them fix the issues with all the S6 and S6 edge varriants being not able to get added to a cart. Have tried multiple browsers and devices on mulitple operating systems with no luck, also had a coworker try the same with their own access account to the same issue:
Cart Add Failed (Invalid item for UPC 6750A- Unknown)
Wondering if someone at ANR could contact me to help me troubleshoot the issue or help me order a phone for my line manually, Thanks.
