I'm not satisfied with that answer. I think you should forward my concern along with all of the others to your security department to ensure that AT&T customer information hasn't been stolen. I'm going to call and speak to someone at AT&T myself because I feel that you aren't taking this seriously. You shouldn't just assume it's not a security breach. Are you even qualified to make that decision? The company I work for trains all employees to report anything suspicious to our security team...it's better safe than sorry because it's my personal information that could be at risk.
