For customers who signed up for a discount through an employer, school, or organization, there are two types of employee discounts:

  • Monthly service/plan discounts
  • Device discounts

 

To learn if you're eligible

  1. Go to the AT&T Premier Business Center website. (Military customers go here.)
  2. Under Find Out If You Qualify for Employee Discounts, enter your work, government, or student email address, and then select Go.
  3. If we can verify your eligibility via your email address, we'll send you an email stating that you qualify.

To enroll

  1. Within the email message we send you in Step 3, select Shop Now. (Your email application/browser must be set to display images.)
  2. Select Current Offers at the top of the page to view the current discounts.

Important Note

If we can't determine your eligibility based on your email address, we'll send you a message with instructions for finding out whether your organization has a contract with AT&T for employee discounts.

If you get an error during enrollment

  • Verify the wireless number, billing ZIP code, and Social Security number.
  • If you recently applied for a discount, note that a second request within 14 days will be rejected. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the discount to appear on your bill.
  • Make sure you're using an eligible email address. To check your eligibility, we need your work, government, or student email address (not your personal address).
