Since ATT's acquisition of DirectTV, I have had a heck of a time trying to login to ATT to pay my bill. Upon login, I'm asked if I want to go to DirectTV, or if I want to "Shop ATT". I don't want to do either - I just want to pay my bill. The most reasonable option of the two is to "Shop ATT" but that takes me to the store - and when I finally find the personal menu, I'm returned to the DirectTV or "Shop ATT" page. After several minutes of trial and error (and multiple password failures to the point that I risk locking my account) I finally stumble upon the login page that I've been used to seeing. It's so frustrusting that I must spend this much time just to pay my bill. It was never this difficult before the merger.
