I spent the better part of 2 hours today trying to figure out what is going on, but no answers. I talked to a few different people and none could explain the problem. The tech's even logged into my account and had the same problem I was having. When they clicked the "view upgrade options" link it would just take them to a blank screen or back to the overview page. They confirmed I have an upgrade available but don't know why I can't look at them online. I guess they aren't to concerned with the issue because they all just said to try again another day like the problem will magically fix itself.
I'm about fed up with the customer service department. I buy online because every time I've gone into an actual store it's been horrible and it is just easier to browse the phones and prices online, well not anymore it would seem.
