I've requested a temporary password several times and having it sent via text and email. Everytime one is sent and I try it it doesn't work. Even after waiting and trying it again, still doesn't work then it locks my account. I've tried requesting via the app and online using my desktop computer and nothing works. What do I need to do to get my password reset so I can log into my account?
