Att sucks...they wont let me change my Plenti account or neither Unlink it.
I went to Att.com to unlink or change or unlink my Plenti account and kept receiving "We are unable to unlink your Plenti ID at this time. Please try again later. (PROFPL30)". I have already contacted At&t & Plenti support and there were not able to help and I am not going to waste another 10 more hours. The STUPID thing is Att stupid customer support told me to contact Plenti so Plenti go through my Att account.....comment...they know that Plenti has NO authorize to go into my account...if they can then anyone can HACK att website...is it right? Anyways Att kept telling me to call Plenti and Plenti said the samething to me that "we CANT CANT CANT CANT help you anything relates to Att account......I'm really done with stupid att supports.....CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE????
