My last payment for some reason was kicked out of the automated system and I had to go in store to make a payment. Now as I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with the account I need to chat with someone regarding this plz give me some time to be able to make a payment for this month and I apologize for the inconvenience if I am trying for the account I need to set up a late payment.
