When I try to register my online account, it tells me due to security concerns that I have to call for help, it won't send me a passcode to finish my rgistration. When I do, they tell me that I have to be a customer for 30 days before I can sign up for an online account. It would also help if customer support wasn't outsourced to India and the people on the other end of the phone could understand English. How do I view or pay my paperless bill if I can't get online to see it. I have a feeling that your employees are making up stories because they don't know how to fix the problem. Is there anyone in your company that is competent enough to fix my problem, or do I have to switch to Verizon?
