We can help you get access to your myAT&T account so you can start managing your account and paying your bill online. The account does have an auto-lock feature that may be restricting your access. This is put in place to protect your account and maintain all your information secure in case someone tries to enter into your account. Unfortunately there are times where it works a little too well and can keep you from getting in to your own account.
