You are able to register online through a computer, for the direct link, please Click Here.
 
We want to make sure that we look into all of our possible avenues for troubleshooting the myAT&T issue, if you haven’t had the chance, we have a great article that can help walk you through some important tips on logging in, myAT&T app troubleshooting. From this page, you will then be able to select Smartphone/myAT&T app from the Device dropdown menu.
