Firstly, I'm in Australia, we dont have ATT here :)
Secondly, my father is recieving billing notices and other emails from ATT for another customer. Its confusing my father because he thinks its spam or phishing. I've checked out the emails and they are legit and point to the proper ATT online login forms. So I'm guessing this customer just provided the wrong email address.
I'm tempted to just filter all the emails for him, however I'm concerned the actual ATT customer might not be receiving bills.
So I thought I'd post here, and if a community manager could please contact me via private message I will provide the email address associated with this account so it can be corrected/removed.
