Earlier this month i got a data warning that onr of the kids Iphones data had exceeded 65%. So, i go to the OLAM and it showed that line had less than 50% of 3GB used. I know some time is required for all data usuage to be listed.
Fast forward a week, get a Data warning message that line has used 90%. Checked OLAM again. This line has only used about 60%. About 6 hours later i get the overage message. Line still hasn't gone over 75%.
Now 4 days after the overage message, the line still hasn't gone over her 3GB.
How are we to trust their calculations, if their own system can't agree on usuage???
She hasn't been anywhere distant from our local area, and her data usage shows up in an hour or so after she does it. Then there is the roundup around midnite each nite, but those are usually 10-25MB.
