Hello - I am the Administrator for our ATT Account and I recently cannot order devices through the Premier Portal because the Delivery Options (Express or Normal) are GRAYED OUT so only In-Store Pickup can be selected - In chatting with ATT during my order efforts thay said that they did not have the Issue using Internet Explorer (not sure what version). I am having this issue with ALL BROWSERS I have tried - IE11, Chrome (most recent), and Firefox (most recent).
Any Advice?
