Thanks for the reply Demetria!

 

I don't think the agents were able to get far enough into the order process to find out for sure if they could order to my zip code.  The watch is a pre-order item now, and not actually in stock for immediate order.  They weren't able to find the item in their system yet if I understood correctly.  If the online web pre-order doesn't start working before the 18th when the watch is supposed to be available, I'll try calling the agents again, and see if we can get the order through.
