So i cant view any bills/usage/my profile anything on the app. It started when my wife left her plan and the operator put her on my plan. After he did that the app went to a screen saying "you can only view this account on this user id."
I havent been able to check my accout for 2 months now im getting phone calls because i cant pay my bills. Ive called multiple time about them.fixing my account and theyve done nothing about it. Only saying it should be good next billing cycle.
Nothing has gotten better and ive only racked up bills because of it. Any help on how to fix the app?
