Escalation on the ATT associates that pass incorrect info.

Hello,

 

I would like to escalate on few of the associates whose ID or name i could remember in my 6-7 hours of harasement in last last 48 hrs.

 

1. attid:  - told will call back in 30 minutes never called back.

2. attid:  - told will look into the account and call back , never called back.

3. Ebony (loyalty department): Told that will raise a P1 ticket to put my billing amount in disput so that someone will call me in 48 hours. Never put a ticket.

4. Jayson (loyalty Department) :

5. Dee(loyalty Department) :

6 attid:  : promised that there is no early termination fees for Direct TV. I will be given free installation, $200 visa reward card, referral bonas of $50. which are not being applied to my account.
