I completely understand how important it is to access your email. I would be more than happy to help you get back into your account!
One very important item to keep in mind is if your email address is the same as your AT&T Access ID or linked to your AT&T Access ID, the passwords will be the same. Any security changes to either account will update the password for both of them.
We have a fantastic online video which can walk you through gaining access to your information. This will show the necessary steps and the correct sites to visit in order to receive a temporary password.
