Do you read the bill?  Either online or paper bill....

It would look like this.

See the blue letters which say "manage installment plan".   I clicked on that, and used a credit card to pay off the $115.29  balance on the phone.  

 

$1,250  is a substantial payment.  It seems unlikely it was for one phone.  Please look at your previous bills, and your payment history (credit or debit card) to see if you paid, but the payment was not applied.
