Re: correction of mistakes by AT

When I asked why the total was still on the bill, the tech said it was
incase I didn't full fill the contract. My on line bill showed that they
both were paid off until just a week ago. The bill was changed and it
showed the balance was due cause I had cancelled the line. I told the tech
that if I had been told that was the case, I would have never cancelled the
phone. If I meant to just pay off one line, I would have paid the line I
was going to cancelled. I even talked to the tech about why I was paying
off the phones and even when I cancelled the second line, I chatted with
the tech about the reason and still nothing was mentioned about the second
phone not being paid in full. I am not disputing that I owe this money.
What I am disputing is the fact that due to mistakes of the tech not
conveying the total information, the least they could do is put the amount
back on my contract for monthly payments. I don't think I am being
unreasonable.
