I was paying off my Next phones which there were two. I Had Talked three
different times and all of them talked like the phonrs were paid. It
showed on my bill as the phones were paid off. Most of all when I
cancelled service on the second phone, NOTHING was mentioned about the
balance of the Next phone would be expected to be paid. The tech just
cancelled and listened to my reasoning that since the phone was paid and I
wasn't using the line any longer it made sense to cancelled it. This way I
could use the data on just my phone and tablet. We discussed that if I

reasonable recompense for their mistake. I did all this in good faith with
the company. Why can't AT&T honor my years with their business and correct
their mistake in my favor? We use Directv and AT&T so we are good
customers that pay our bills and use their products. When they make s
