This takes me back to the first response.  Make sure you paid off both phones and that your payment was not reversed.  If older bills show both phones paid off, there has to be an explaination for why it is not true now.

It will likely be Monday of Tuesday before they get back to you.  

 

Making it right may mean putting things back the way they were before you canceled the line.
