When I try to view my bill online & on the myat&t app it says "Oops Looks like you can only view your profile with this user id" after i click on billing and payments. I tried chatting on the mobile app and it closes the chat after being logged in for 10 minutes after a popup appears so I couldn't finish my chat and give him my email address. This is very aggravating. Your app needs updating. It doesn't work when I login online with my pc either. I read all the forum topics about this and nobody has answered anyone's questions about this with a solution that works. I tried all the suggestions (just as the people in the forum did) and nothing worked just like it didn't work for people in the forum. All I want to do is view my billing details online or in the app, preferably both, but at this point I'd settle for just one. Whats the point of the app if I can only view my profile??
