I want to thank you for providing all the steps you have already tried. We have a helpful article which troubleshoots some common myAT&T issues. Clearing the history and cookies from your browser is also helpful. After you clear the history and make sure cookies are enabled, try creating a new myAT&T ID and try to log in.
