I have had an ATT/Houston Wireless account for about 28 yrs. From the beginning, there was never a social security number or password entered into the account. After ATT took over Houston Wireless -all attempts to get this issue straightened out failed. B/C of frequent credit card issues or just updating credit cards, some ATT employees have taken pity on me & the situation & have taken my new credit card billing information. I would like to resolve this once & for all. The last attempt ended with a supervisor giving me the Home Security Digital department. Most ATT employees seem unable to think outside of the box & will do anything to get me off the line w/o solving anything. Does anyone at ATT care. should I just switch to T-Mobile or Verizon or.....???????
