Welcome to the Community Forums.  MyAT&T provides a great way to conveniently manage your account, I’m sorry to hear you are unable to log in.  I would be happy to help you with this today. 

 

Please use this article to learn how to reset your password.  This also has information on how to change other passwords and passcode, just in case you need those as well.  To get to the myAT&T please start by clicking on Manage AT&T passwords > myAT&T > Reset yourlogin.
