Cancelled my att service & I'm trying to pay my last bill. It won't except my number as my login any longer. I tried to use my email address to recover my ID but somehow my email address is still linked to my dads account that we shared years ago. Can someone please advise me on how I can get access so I can get online to look at my last bill & pay it. Thank you.
