Four months ago I made changes to my AT&T wireless account. I upgraded a line and changed the plan. Now I cannot see my billing information on the MyATT app. It always shows "billing information unavailable". Even when I dial *225#, the message I receive back it always says $0 balance. The information is available on the full website or when I call the automated system, but not on the MyATT app.
