I would say it is a glitch but four months, wow. About the only help I can suggest is a complete uninstall and reinstall of the application itself. Since you can get the correct information from both online and the automated system the app doesn't seem to be pulling the information. As well as double check to see if the application needs any updates, then as always completely log out and then log in. In doing this make sure you give the phone a complete power on then off.
