I've just spent over an hour logging in with userID, password, secuirity code just trying to manage my 3 devices. It seemed as with each option I chose a new request for all 3 pieces of ID were required. This and the slowness of the site's response is maddening! If there is anything that would motivate me to drive to a retail store to ask simple questions it is having to deal with MyATT portal. Why has this not been improved in the years that I've been dealing with ATT on their web sites?
