No real effort on my end to render the issue I was experiencing with text overlaying at the bottom of the web page. ‘Account Overview’ has been working normally now for me since then, dated: 08/12/2014. No real problems since that day. ‘Java’, ‘Flash’ and ‘IE9’ are up to date too! Thanks.

Trying to register my online account.
I bought a sim card and joined at&t last week.
However, I can not register my online account now.
The error code is SRAS001,
"A temporary system error prevents us from completing your request right now."

I got it done but registering your account on att.com is frustrating i got same error. I dont remember how it was resolved i have had the account to long now.

MicroCell -- Web Activation Problems
Having problems with the AT&T MicroCell web pages. Trying to activate a new device (replacement from AT&T under warranty).
MicroCell main page -> Manage Settings... Personal -> Login -> back to MicroCell main page. Endless loop.
AT&T Tech Support on the phone tells me they are aware of the problem. I cannot make the entries myself to activate the new microcell, but AT&T tech support can do so. They have put me up and running.

What happened with the gofone website info???
What happened to the gophone account site???
Went there to input a refill card and it has become an extremely minimal site.
The call records are missing.
Previous money input via a refill card are no longer available on the website.
What's going on? Is this a temporary glitch?
Or is this one of those reductions in service that at&t can't even be bothered
to tell its customer about. How can I get this information (forget calling - not
really interested in waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting only to be told
that information is not available.)

Registering for an Online Business Account
When trying to register our account online, I keep getting the message "Self-Registration is not allowed for this wireless number. Please contact your company's administrator for assistance.". I have tried entering every one of the numbers on our company account and I get this same message over and over again.
I need to know how to go about and create an online account so we can manage all of our numbers online.

What if the number calling itself is a landline, and not a cell or wireless? My caller ID is showing that my house called itself.

Echo that. The call history display is really awful compared to the old way. This is definitely a step in the wrong direction. I get the feeling they don't really want to make it easy for us to track usage. They do, however, make it easy for you to give them your money.

ATT Website and App
Every time I Log into the ATT website (as in to view or pay my bill view usage etc etc etc) it requires me to verify my email address and change my password. I do this and get the email stating it has been updated and then when finished I log out- next time I go back to the site (say 10 minutes later I realize I forgot to write down my Balance and need it again or 25 days later I come back to pay the next month's bill) it requires me to go through the password change all over again.
The app will not even let me log on to it and i'm pretty sure the two issues are connected since it says it cannot verify my identity and to try again later... this is becoming a bit annoying if someone could help that'd be great! Been going on for months and months but just now getting around to posting here. So far tech support has not helped and has mentioned that they will work on the glitch but it just seems odd no one else I know has this issue and it has been as i said several months of the same thing?

same issue here only I'm on android and it has been happening for months. I've tried soft reset, uninstal and reinstall, using the same credentials- changing those credentials and logging in still nothing. really frustrating that no one has been able to help!

On the GoPhone online account access, under Account History, you can get a history of Data and Messaging.
Since Data and Messaging are charged separately, it would be helpful if you could have a separate History Type for each.
