Please try a different browser or just some basic web troubleshooting steps, like updating your Flash and Java plugins, or clearing Cache and Cookies.

Hm, it definitely shouldn't be doing that. Have you tried another web browser yet? I'd start there. are you the only account manager, or are there anyone else accessing your account online (family members or authorized users)?

The link is not completely obvious in his message, and the one provided might not be working right now, so let me see if I can give you one to use (the link is embedded in the "ATT Cusomer Care" text):

 

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care  ( http://forums.att.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/compose/note-to-user-id/192773 ) and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems.

The issue has been resolved now and works normally as of date: 08/12/2014. Changing browsers? Hadn’t tried that yet. Still, if it works, it works. Thanks!

 

Does anyone know the secret to getting through to Support On-Line/Chat for Linked Accounts?

Digital Death. "Chat Now" Sure, check availability, then big in big letters LINKED ACCOUNTS NECESSARY FOR ON-LINE SERVICES FOR BILLING AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT/SIGN IN THROUGH LINKED ACCOUNTS. Okay, sign in through Linked accounts, same message when I go from Uverse to Wireless and from Wireless to Uverse. If you de-link your account, you can't get on-line services for that account in the future unless you link it again?? I'm confused, are you. I can't get anyone on Chat to ask the question. I was trying to get support on-line because my phone was temporarily out of service. I couldn't call the number suggested on-line because of that. Chat wasn't available. AND AT&T has a recording allowing you to contact them to pay a bill in order to start your service back which is automated or go to one of their locations to pay the bill to restore services. That's pretty inconvenient when the bill had been paid and I couldn't exactly drive to one of their locations on the highway. You only have emergency services when this happens. "Hi 911, ATT has disconnected my services and I'm out-of-town, my wife is expecting a baby and she can't get in touch with me, can you check on her/" Come on, on-line support should be easier, really! The fact is, I'd been trying for a week to contact them about errors on my bill and Uverse kept transferring me to another department and I was either disconnected or left on hold 3 times. The last call before this happened, the day before actually, I was assured everything was okay on my account and if I had any other problems, just call and they would take care of it, not to worry. Ha!

Hi  

 

Are you trying to set up your AT&T email on the tablet? Here are the settings that you need to use, as long as those are correct and your username and password are correct, it'll work. If it's still acting up, verify your username and password by logging in at att.net and if you can reset it there is needed.

Can anybody tell me if there is any plan to fix either of the following:

 

1. Current gophone account website does not allow me to add message packages to any of my three go phones.

 

2. Current go phone software auto-renew function for message package renewal does not work.  It cancels itself on the day of renewal and then all messages that were to be rolled over are lost.  This has happened multiple months in a row now.  

 

I call up each month (three times -- one for each phone) and after a conversation with the customer service rep, they are able to make amends.  But it doesn't seem like anyone is really able to fix the software that is causing these problems.  There is not link to web site technical support so I'm not even sure if anybody on the software team knows this is a huge problem.

I recieved this message when I tried to create a premier account. We recently moved our phones from my account to a business account. I am the administrator.

Not only is it frustrating -- it's typical of my own experiences using AT&Ts online chat.  Even if you do manage to get through, getting an answer or getting anything resolved - is all but out of the question.  I'm invariably instructed to call and talk to blah, blah, blah ...

 

AT&T's online chat is a great way to waste time if you are as Ron White the standup comedian says "naked, sitting in a beanbag chair, eating a bag of Cheet-ohs!"

...without calling in and waiting on hold for 30 mins. I was still delirious at 1 am MST and made a typo in my shpping address for iPhone 6+. It aparently is not set to ship for a while yet so it's hard to believe this can't be more easily done online.

Well, here's the easiest way I know.  Close your account, buy a VW van and move to Vermont.  Stay there for two years, move back to the mountains and start all over.  PS:  Don't sell the van until you're sure they got your shipping address right, because well you know ...

Oh well! Seems the issue I was experiencing with text overlaying at the bottom of the web page in ‘Account Overview’ is back again as of 09/15/2014. Could not view any usage data at all.

 

TOBR Business to Personal account

Hello,

 

Its been a month since I transferred my business account to personal. I am still unable to create an account on the myatt webpage (to view bills etc.). I keep getting system errors - SRAS001 or SRAS006.

 

I have also tried calling att customer care multiple times. No one seems to know how to fix the problem. Any advice is appreciated.

 

As of now my only option is to cancel the number and get a new one.
