Okay, sign in through Linked accounts, same message when I go from Uverse to Wireless and from Wireless to Uverse. If you de-link your account, you can't get on-line services for that account in the future unless you link it again?? I'm confused, are you. I can't get anyone on Chat to ask the question. I was trying to get support on-line because my phone was temporarily out of service. I couldn't call the number suggested on-line because of that. Chat wasn't available. AND AT&T has a recording allowing you to contact them to pay a bill in order to start your service back which is automated or go to one of their locations to pay the bill to restore services. That's pretty inconvenient when the bill had been paid and I couldn't exactly drive to one of their locations on the highway. You only have emergency services when this happens. "Hi 911, ATT has disconnected my services and I'm out-of-town, my wife is expecting a baby and she can't get in touch with me, can you check on her/" Come on, on-line support should be easier, really! The fact is, I'd been trying for a week to contact them about errors on my bill and Uverse kept transferring me to another department and I was either disconnected or left on hold 3 times. The last call before this happened, the day before actually, I was assured everything was okay on my account and if I had any other problems, just call and they would take care of it, not to worry. Ha!
