Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty accessing the online account management system. The app that the care rep was recommending was the myAT&T app; it allows you to manage your account from your smartphone and would likely be a good option as a temporary fix. What errors are you getting?

I had no issues creating my ID and linking my wireless and U-Verse together under one ID, once I read the error message I was getting at first. I was trying to use my cell phone number to control both accounts, and not clearly reading the error message that told me that the new ID could not start with a number. Once I read that, and chose an ID that started with a letter, it alll works just fine for me.

Hello and thanks for your post!  Sorry the online account access process has been frustrating.  I hope this information will help you!

 

Click Register and create an online account just to be sure all steps were followed and that you received your online registration code, created an access id etc. You will see at the bottom of that article there are links guiding you to additional articles that may assist (i.e., retrieve or change your access id). 

 

If this information is not helpful,  please don't hesitate to send a private message (blue envelope top right of your screen) to a great team of managers available to help you by clicking here.

 

In that message please include your name, contact number(s), account number and email address.  Please let them know the best time to contact you.  Share your issue in your message so they can research for you prior to contacting you.  You will hear back from a manager within 48 hours of receipt of your message.

I am on my daughter' family plan for my wireless phone. I want access to the account to check on my share of data usage and other info about my part of the account. According to the website, the only access I can get is to take control of the account. Is there another way to do that?

i created an account but it won't let me see my bill.  I get a message that my account is awaiting verification by the primary owner, however I AM the primary owner.  This is so frustrating.

I didn't refill my prepaid account in time. When I login AT&T gophone account with my number, it shows that there is no matching information. I'm wondering whether it has been retracted by AT&T company. Thanks

I have my own device and no AT&T cell phone whatsoever. I got a $50 prepaid data plan and have a modem for wireless data. When you go to www.paygoonline.com to register the phone you can log in and do all the admin stuff you need, check balance, etc. it needs to send me a temporary password via text to that SIM card ... so it is not in a cell phone so I can never get passed this step and calling support did me no good. They told me to stick the SIM into an AT&T or other unlocked phone to receive the text. Well, I do not have one of those phones. So what do I do? I cannot pay the bill, refill it, check the balance, or anything! Please ... anyone out there that can help!?!?!? Thank you! I am beyond frustrated.

I never had ATT Account and ATT number, I had always Verizon, want to create ATT Account for use ATT instead Verizon. I want to use services of ATT. How me to register ATT Wireless account?
